關(guān)于對(duì)15名本科留學(xué)生擬作退學(xué)處理的公示

經(jīng)審核,截至2017年11月15日為止,我校有15名本科留學(xué)生本學(xué)期未按時(shí)到校報(bào)到注冊(cè)或休學(xué)期滿(mǎn)未按時(shí)復(fù)學(xué)(具體原因詳見(jiàn)附件備注欄)。

根據(jù)《深圳大學(xué)普通高等教育本科生學(xué)籍管理規(guī)定》（2017年8月修訂）第九章第五十條第三款 “休學(xué)、保留學(xué)籍期滿(mǎn)，逾期兩周不辦理續(xù)休或復(fù)學(xué)手續(xù)的或申請(qǐng)復(fù)學(xué)經(jīng)復(fù)查不合格的”予以退學(xué)處理的規(guī)定，第六款 “超過(guò)學(xué)校規(guī)定期限未注冊(cè)而又未履行暫緩注冊(cè)手續(xù)的”予以退學(xué)處理的規(guī)定，我院擬對(duì)附件所列15名本科留學(xué)生作退學(xué)處理，特此公示?？紤]到以下學(xué)生為外國(guó)留學(xué)生，公示期自即日起到2017年12月10日止，請(qǐng)以下15名學(xué)生在公示期內(nèi)向國(guó)際交流學(xué)院提出書(shū)面申訴，逾期將不再受理申訴。

Announcement

It has been confirmed that the following fifteen overseas students failed to register in our university this semester by the date of Nov. 15^th, 2017. We have received no explanation from those students so far.

In Clause 3, Article 49, Chapter 8, Shenzhen University Regulations Regarding the Status of Undergraduate Students stipulate that students who fail to come back to school in two weeks after the required time shall automatically quit schooling. Clause 6 stipulates students who fail to register during the required time and cannot provide a good reason will naturally lose their status as undergraduate students. Now, our college has made the decision to cancel the student status of the following fifteen undergraduate students from overseas. If any one of them wants to appeal, please submit a written explanation to the College of International Exchange before Dec. 10^th, 2017. The application will not be accepted after the date above.
